Name: Brezzen Gate
Alter Ego: (his dark self) Dekay or Dey<--pronounced Day
Alias: Ivy-What he calls himself when he's in slave persona.//Wires--What he calls himself in rage persona. Mouse--He just answers to it. No one knows why. Even he doesn't.
Species: Fey
Physical Description
Height: 6'10"
Weight: 210 lbs.
Hair Color: Blonde
Eye Color: Varies. Naturally a green-ish.
Picture:
Extras:
Brezzen also has tattoos of vines interweaving covering his right forearm, and an intricate mesh of barbed wire on the other.
Dekay Form--When Dekay takes over Brezzen's body even his clothing changes. During Dekay form Brezzen gains a black eye, and black hair that seems to shorten and spike up and back. His teeth grow sharp. His fingernails also become a glimmering black and sharpen. He grows taller, but instead of being the same body build he puts on a lot more muscle so that he's a lean muscular, sort of like a sprinter.
His clothing consists of a black trench coat, the upper chest of which is covered in buckles and straps. It flares out at the bottom, and spikes line the collar. Two thick red lines run down the sleeves. His pants tuck into knee-high combat boots, and his hands are covered by a pair of white gloves with black markings on the palm and back of the hand. He will not wear a shirt, and prefers to reveal his heavily scarred chest.
Hidden on the inside of the coat is a skeleton that can't be seen unless he reveals it. (Think Faust from Shaman King)
To those with extra senses Dekay has the bittersweet smell of a swamp, and there are high-pitched wailing spirits surrounding him at all times. One would have to have good senses for this, but if they do, it's an easy identifier.
He moves smoothly, and fights as if he were dancing.

Powers - Abilities
Brezzen has a pair of unique dark-faerie hands of power.
Hand of Ivy--This hand can strengthen any living thing just by the pure amount of life that emanates from it. Brezzen can make almost any place grow crop, or other plants no matter the condition it is in. From the palms of his right hand he can also grow vines which he can control, able to shoot them as webs that latch onto whatever it touches, and build a sort of dome around him out of them as a defense. He constantly combines the dome idea with his hand of barbs for an increased defense. They are a bright green with small curling leaves and quite a few thorns. This tends to be his defensive hand.
Hand of Barbs--This hand can reinforce any sort of metal, and just make non-organic substances generally stronger, and more reactive because of an invisible powder that surrounds this hand in a haze at all times. This palm can also grow and control barbed wire. He can create many more strands of barbed wire than he can vines allowing for more controllable possibilities. This barbed wire is clean, and well constructed. Used particularly as offense.
Faerie Wings--These are wings that he can make appear and disappear at will. They look similar to huge butterfly wings colored black with large purple spots. They are very sharp looking, and instead of one upward arch, and one downward arch like a normal butterfly, Brezzen has two of each, all of them ending in sharp points. This does not affect his flight.
Misc. Abilities--Good at fist fighting, several martial arts, blade fighting, gun fighting, average speed of fourty miles per hour, and is fairly pain tolerant.
Dekay:
Dekay and his parasitic demonic ways mutated Brezzen's powers for himself.
Corrupted Hand of Ivy--This hand can take any living thing, and break it down by poisoning it and speeding up the aging process. He can turn a large city park into a swampland within a matter of minutes. He is also given the ability to create dark versions of Brezzen's ivy. They are extremely poisonous, and their outer layer is thickly coated in a poison that will absorb into your skin. When planted on something they will grow rapidly, and proceed to crush whatever is holding it. Unlike Brezzen he cannot control their movement, but can only plant them in large bunches. These vines can be destroyed by the cold, and sunlight. And they flourish through fire, darkness, and blood. Their leaves are black tipped with a red band across the center, but the rest of it is dark-green and thorned. Each thorn has a bright red tip. Destroying the flower that is planted from Dekay's palm is the only way to really kill the vines, as the flower will continue to grow vines for as long as it's alive. These vines do not affect magic.
Corrupted Hand of Barbs--With this hand Dekay can destroy nonliving things much in the way that his hand of Ivy did, only instead of poison, its more of a weakening powder similar to rust. This invisible powder only works on non-organic, non-magic things, and can turn solid, reinforced steel into a rusted out husk you can snap with your bare hands. He can also create rusted, black steel strands of barbed wire from the palm of this hand. This works much similarly to his version of the vines, but instead of a flower it is a small machine that resembles a large ball of barbed wire, and it creates barbed wire from bottom of it, and constricts to wherever it's been planted. These wires are coated in the invisible powder as well, but are not weakened by it due to their magical creation.
Speed--Going fast enough to easily win every NASCAR race there ever was or ever has been is in his skill set.
Selection--Dekay gets to choose when he does or doesn't come out.
Physical / Mental Weaknesses
Wires' ivy is highly susceptible to fire, and his metal is weak against ice. Both powers are in a constant state of balance. If Brezzen finds himself in a mainly city type area his nature powers will be weaker, and his metal powers stronger. If he finds himself in a forest type area his nature powers will be stronger, and his metal powers will be weaker.
When it comes to flight Brezzen can only carry about 120 extra pounds.
He cannot swim, and he cannot lie.
Dekay Weaknesses:
Hand Limits--His hands of power are obstructed by the will of Brezzen. If Brezzen doesn't want him to be able to use them, Dekay can't take take advantage of them. His hands also wax and wane with the amount of technology or nature.
Even though Dekay is extremely fast, he is not very strong, and he can't defend from many physical attacks very well.
History
Brezzen was born a faerie in the forests of Ireland. His life had always been fairly boring, and uninteresting. Both of his parents were Unseelie Faeries (The Dark Court). His father was a warrior, and his mother a healer.
Unlike most faeries he didn't discover his hands of power until the age of fifteen, much later than most Unseelie. Fortunately for Brezzen his late bloom resulted in the strongest hands of power the Unseelie court had ever seen.
Soon after he reached the age of sixteen his mother and father gave him a parting gift each, and he embarked on a special training mission passed on through his father's side of the family called the Journey of Three Rings. The gifts given to him were the two swords, Blood Lotus and Fang Edge.
In his life before the history Brezzen had been a hero in Jump City, and done many good things, soon achieving a gold ring, and a purple ring in his eyes before long. These rings gave him the traditional Faerie ability of enchanting, able to alter someone's perception and thought through solely eye contact.
Alternate History
Brezzen's life was drastically changed after the time change. It vaguely affected the mass killing of many of the faeries in Ireland, Brezzen's parents included. Because of this Brezzen chose not to be a hero, instead forming a large pirate crew, and killing them all several months later. He never earned his rings, and is not able to enchant. He kept all the technological donations of the old pirate crew, one of which being the Hellgate. A gigantic pirate ship that is a mix of nature and technology.
Through a series of events he was abducted by a cult, and they sealed a demon inside of him. The demon Dey. The occupation of Dekay has altered Brezzen in several ways and vice versa. Dey's hunger for flesh has pretty much taken over as Brezzen's only source of nutrition. Also, Brezzen's speed was increased to beyond human limits. It is not uber fast, but he can pretty much go about fourty miles per hour now as his max. On the other hand, Dey, the copy cat demon, has been given dark versions of Brezzen's hands of power.
He has grown sadomasochistic, and now his only life's goal is to find the perfect "Mistress". After killing his crew, this idea came to him. To find the perfect female master. That's not his all consuming purpose for living, but that is his life goal. He found a heavy metal collar that day, and now wears it whenever he goes out alone. Which is all the time now that he pilots the Hellgate on his own.
Personality
Brezzen is kind of the courageous adventurer. Nothing really ever seems to get him down. He follows his own rules, and pays no attention to anything else. He doesn't see the point in bothering with something he doesn't care about. He enjoys killing, robberies, and huge fights, but he's also kind of laid back, able to have fun and just chill out with friends. He's what he calls, 'the token fun guy', and is really just the guy you go to if you want to do something.
During certain moods he will go into what has been called the slave persona. He will wander aimlessly looking for someone that he approves of with a mindless smile on his face. If he happens to find someone that he deems fit, he will sit at their feet, and pretty much be their lapdog. These moods tend to come when night has fallen and Dekay hasn't taken over the body.
Dekay on the other hand is slightly different. He's much more civilized, and as said earlier, he's always mildly pleasant. Dey is slightly confusing in that his personality never seems completely...th same. Your first time seeing him, he might be very polite, and act as his age (8,000), and the next time you see him, he might be kind of wild, and similar to Brezzen. Even though he wouldn't like to admit it, he is probably the more emotional of the two. The pleasant disposition is just a mask he hides behind.
Extras
Transportation: The Hellgate. The giant flying pirate ship used by the Hellgate Skyradiers. It's fairly technologically advanced, traveling distances through a form of teleportation, and short distances by the large engines on the back. It has fully stocked laser-cannons, but mainly the crew likes to just use it to jump into buildings, and take them down with their hands. The Skyraiders also use customized motorcycles that they launch out of the back of sides of The Hellgate onto the streets below.
Weapons: Brezzen carries two special swords he obtained before the large amount of fey were destroyed.
Blood Lotus--Blood Lotus is the sword given to him by his mother. It is the smaller of the two, and held in the ivy hand. The hilt looks like a blood red flower, and the blade is slightly greenish in color. The blade not only cuts but whenever it touches skin seeds are planted on wherever it came in contact, and they grow at a rapid pace until whatever has been seeded is completely covered. They will crush down hard enough to break stones, but die fairly quickly. It looks as if it were all one plant. Even the blade even seems to meld naturally into the hilt. Vines will wrap around his forearm when he holds it, making the flesh from the elbow down almost completely invisible.
Fang Edge--Fang Edge is the sword given to Brezzen by his father. It is the larger sword, about the length and thickness of his arm at the blade. The hilt is wrapped with barbed wire, and when he holds it barbed wire covers his hand. This sword is cannot be damaged or dulled, and can cut through nearly anything. The blade randomly goes from visible to invisible. When Brezzen holds it barbed wire will wrap around his forearm, making his flesh from the elbow down almost completely invisible.
Dekay--Dekay uses a giant scythe, and ten invisible that come from his fingertips.
