This is a large room, with many long tables that stretch from one end of the room to the other, and there are food dispensors, and several kitchens here too incase you want a homecooked meal.

All evil empires need a gym to work out at, and this place is stacked with the highest level training equipement known to man and alien yet. Also there are large battle areas set up that are regenerating so when the battle is over, there's no mess to clean up.
